Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Currently, we only offer delivery shipping within Peninsular Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak only. This will exclude Brunei and its territory states.

Q: Is this possible if I order multiple item and ship to separate addresses within one order as gifts?

A: No, unfortunately you will have to place one order per address. This is due to system only allows one tracking number per order,

In this case, you will require to place separate orders for gifting.

Q: Is custom bulk orders available?

Q: Can I return or exchange my YU1976 product?

A: It is unlikely that an exchange or return will occur unless it is due to wrong item send or due to manufacture production defects. If you’re experiencing any issues at all, we are happy to hear from you. Just reach out to us at yu1976candle@gmail.com or via our Facebook Page.
