Delivery / Shipping | Our ability to deliver/ship your order is only as good as the information that you provide us. Whether you are ordering products for yourself or others, please unsure that you provide us with a precise address which representing yourself and not others. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures if you don't provide us the correct address or if it is an address that we can't perform delivery to. By placing an order with us, you have acknowledged to bear the risks that your package may be delayed during delivery / shipment for these reasons. YU1976 Enterprise reserve the rights to request additional fees for large shipment or drop the order. We do not deliver to P.O Box.

At YU1976, we offer free delivery on qualified orders. Valid on orders delivered within Peninsular Malaysia states only in which Sabah and Sarawak, Brunei is excluded.

Delivery Arrangement | We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All ‘’Delivery by’’ dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Items available/in stock are usually shipped within 5 business days from the day of placing order and in which payment had been secured by our management team operators. Please ensure your submitted delivery / shipment address is correct and accurate. YU1976 Enterprise is in no way taking the responsibility of delivery / shipment to the wrong address.  

**Please allow 5 working days for ground delivery/shipment although most will be ship within 2-3 working days. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Delivery Tracking | Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays, and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your local carrier office for additional information. If your order is delayed, at a standstill or an attempted delivery was noted, but no delivery or notice, please contact your local mail carrier service immediately for more information.

International Shipping | International shipping is currently unavailable at this moment due to our internal logistic hub capability. If so, we hold the rights to refuse any International express shipping on all orders requests if there’s any. But we’re willing to work things out by emailing us at yu1976candle@gmail.com for further info, request, or enquiries.


WARRANTY

Productions | Every YU1976 Series line up is tested before final production and safely packed and secured with utmost care. We take pride and care in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all YU1976 products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials upon receiving the product by (“you”) the customer for their applicable Warranty against production defects within the said period, subject to the below conditions.

Warranty period | All YU1976 product is subject to 7 days warranty upon receiving our product against production defects only.

For your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

You must have purchased the product from a YU1976 Official website;
You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the Site stated on our Official YU1976 website;
You must return the product to YU1976 (YU1976 Enterprise) as stated below and,

You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

Kindly take note that due to the natural raw materials used in all YU1976 productions series, it is to be aware of natural deformation that might occur following the natural materials used during production and during normal use.

If a production defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the 7 days Warranty Period, we will inspect accordingly and proceed with the defective product for replacement once subject to approval if there’s any. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications or mishandling of the product by any mean.

Ins and Outs of YU1976 Return / Exchange Policy | YU1976 Enterprise Return and Exchange Policy is a part of this Agreement. YU1976 Enterprise does not accept returns of Yu1976 products that are damaged, defective due to inappropriate or mishandling of delivery upon receipt or any other irrelevant circumstances which is not due to product postproduction related issue to YU1976. You are responsible for inspecting products promptly upon delivery and correspond with the relevant authorities if a complaint is to be made against the logistic delivery service company if there’s any.

We want to be sure you’re as happy and satisfied with your YU1976 product as we are.

On further assist you to be eligible for a Return or Exchange, the following criteria must be met:

All returns must be related to a Yu1976.com order. YU1976 does not offer returns on items purchased outside of YU1976.com.
All returns must be processed through our responds via our Returns email proceedings in which we will provide you with a Valid Case Identification #Number (VCIN) produce by us as Return Authorization Approval within 7 business days of original purchase subjected based on case studies.

  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
  • Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your Return or Exchange has been received, please allow up to 14 business days to process your requests of refund / and 7 business days after received items for exchange. Refunds will be returned to the form of Store Credit. YU1976 Enterprise does not offer gift cards, free gifts or promotional offer for returned products.

For exchanges, any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Exchange Warranty Form via email corresponding at yu1976candle@gmail.com by following the return or exchange criteria above and will be provided with a Valid Case Identification #Number (VCIN) subject for approval by us. A prepaid shipping service for the return of your eligible YU1976 product will be provided once approved.

YU1976 does not price match with dealers or competitors.

Return / Exchange Policy | All Items sold are final including Sale Items, discounted via voucher code or promotions including Special Sales cannot be returned or exchanged. There will be no exchange and/or refund for any limited item after the purchase payment transaction is made. Return or Exchange will only be approved upon inspection and permission if item is found defective when received or incorrect item or sizes send. Do provide us the receipt/invoice and picture attach of your purchase for our reference on exchange by emailing us at yu1976candle@gmail.com. Kindly read through our Product Usage and Instruction Guidelines for further info.

Exchange of goods only applicable to YU1976 Candle and Room Spray Upper Caps accessories only. All returned items must be in unused and is still in its original packaging condition, with original tags and packaging attached with a copy of the original invoice. YU1976 Enterprise will not accept any returned merchandise without a Valid Case Identification #Number (VCIN) issued by us as Return Authorization Approval.

Shipping Your Return / Exchange | We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your Valid Case Identification #Number (VCIN) issued and approved by us with original order number.
  • Securely attach your return label to the package if there’s any.

Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.

Customers are recommended to use delivery service with a registered tracking method / system appointed by us that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records on goods exchanges. As so, a pre-selected Standard Delivery service provider will be used to manage the return or exchange parcel. Please include with Valid Case Identification Number (VCIN) # issued and approved by us. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

As so, we are happy to provide free exchanges without extra charges. This will not include the requirement to pay the additional re-delivery or re-shipping fee. We will exchange items that has returned to us within Seven (7) days or earlier from the date received and subjected to stocks availability.

The First Burn

This is one of the most important processes as a reminder for our
beloved customers on a candle first burn. It is to prevent tunnelling on or during the second burn, and making sure that it will create an evenly burn for the duration of the candle’s life span.

This may take up to 1-2 hours for our 90g Candles and 2-3 hours for our 220g Candles. It's a process to ensure that the first layer soy wax is well distributed and has completely liquified. And with this carefully done, you will have a candle that lasts longer and in return your candle will create a greater scent throw for every burn afterwards.

Wick Trimming

Always remember to trim and recentre the wick before every lit. The wick only needs to be approximately 1/8” (3-4mm) in length. This makes it ideal for
a cleaner burn with less smoky residue.

Longer wick without trimming will cause a candle to burn faster in rate due to a large flame, and in return, it burns
through the wax even faster. To avoid of uneven burning, dripping, sooty glass,
we strongly recommend the use of wick trimmer. Just trim the upper tip of your
wick before every burn to get the best result.

Extinguish a Candle

Do not blow out your candle. This will produce a large amount of smoke
and it will circulate into your room and ruin your luxurious atmosphere.

To prevent smoking and hot wax from
splattering. Here are the top 2 ways to extinguish candle:

One (1) With a candle snuffer or dip the wick
into the melted wax with wick dipper, and then straighten wick.

Two (2) Cover the candle with its lid is not
recommended. Not all of cover lids are fire safe. Most candle lids are for dust
preventions, preserving fragrance within the container or just purely for
decorative purposes. Be extra careful with materials made from wood or contain
rubber seals that can melt or deform when exposed to heat. Another prevention
is covering the lid while trapping the wick with smoke releasing inside while
the melt pool is in liquid form will eventually ending up with a heavy smoke odour.
Users will normally lose a slight favourite fragrance when relight. If you do
it several times, you may start to notice that your scented candles may start
to produce a smoky ardour.

Burn Time & Tips

Ensure a minimum burn time for a minimum of one (1) hour for 90g candles and two (2) hours for 220g candles to create an even melt pool in the wax. This will eventually prevent wax building up uneven along the sides of the jar.

Always be cautious and monitor your candles where your location or area is visible. Extinguish candle if it smokes or flame
becomes higher, these signs indicate the candle is not burning properly and the flame isn’t controlled. Trim the wick after the candle cools down before re-lighting. To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your
candle more than 4 hours at a time.

Don’t Burn All The Way Down

Do not burn your candle all the way down! Always leave at least ¼” of wax remains at the bottom. We strongly advise against this to avoid overheating the glass jar and always remember to place your burning
candle within sights while you enjoy your time routines.

Placement & Safety

To maximize scent throw, avoid placing candles burning in draughty area, away from windy spaces to allow for a stable burn rate.

Always burn candle on a stable, heat resistant surface. This can prevent heat damage to underlying surfaces and prevent glass jar from breaking.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Plus, to avoid burning yourself don’t touch the candle until it has fully cooled.

Never use a candle as a night light or while you may fall asleep.

Keep It Clean

Please keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.

If soot forms inside of the glass jar,
extinguish candle, wait for it to cool, then wipe with a clean damp cloth.

Storage For Your Candles

Always store your candles in a cool, dark, and dry place. Avoid placing
directly to sunlight exposure or indoor lighting such as under the spotlights. After cool candles, can be place into a cloth pouch, covering the candle jar with lids
in which also protects from dust and any small micro debris.

Follow The Instructions

Always read and follow the use and safety instructions carefully. Don't
burn a candle longer than the recommended time given. And don't forget to trim your candle wicks ;)
